Peter Le Muth’s Expertise I have worked in Offshore Heavy Construction for twenty plus years starting as a Saturation Construction Diver , working up to Diving Supervisor , Diving Superintendent , offshore Construction Manager and Client Representative.My skills as follow- Offshore Oil & Gas Skills - Interpretation of engineering plans / blueprints. - Report writing. - Client & Contractor negotiation. - Worksite safety implementation, safety management systems, risk & hazard assessments & controls, permits to work. - Responsibility for air and mix gas construction diving. - Operations inclusive safe compression/recompression Decompression chamber operations. - Air Diving mixed gas Supervisor, Superintendent, Life Support Supervisor, Saturation Diver, Mixed Gas Diver, Air Diver - Installation and maintenance repair of diesel engine, hydraulic and high-pressure air systems and high-pressure hard plumbing. - Inspection Survey & NDT inspection CVI, MPI, UT. - Barge deck heavy construction rigging. - Underwater Oxy-Arc cutting, welding, and metrology. - Spool installation and Hydra tight application of flange bolts surface and subsea. - Installation of Smart & Gripper flanges for pipeline repairs, subsea Plough cable burial and Riser installations and Riser clamps. - SBM installation and maintenance & FSPO mooring installations. - Platforms, SBM , Plem and Christmas tree installations - Subsea pipe laying, steel and flexible lines. - DP DSV Superintendent Inspection and heavy construction . Safety HSE Nebosh International General Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety. Post Graduate Diploma of Occupational Health And Safety Management. ( enrolled Bachelor of Health Science Degree 2014) Member IOSH UK – Tech IOSH cert no. 161032. I normally work day rate Lump Sum Offshore Construction projects and take pride bringing them in Safely , on time and within budget.
